The Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst will be responsible for executing tactical planning activities to ensure seamless demand, supply, inventory, and capacity management for finished goods and components across the US and EU markets. This role will focus on day-to-day planning execution while supporting system-based planning initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst will be responsible for executing tactical planning activities to ensure seamless demand, supply, inventory, and capacity management for finished goods and components across the US and EU markets. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Demand and Supply Planning Execution: Develop, maintain, and optimize demand, supply, replenishment, and capacity plans to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Inventory and Replenishment Management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- ERP and System-Based Planning: Utilize Oracle Netsuite and other planning tools to manage and optimize end-to-end planning processes.
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Support the execution of IBP processes, collaborating with cross - functional teams to align planning strategies with business objectives.
- Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure data accuracy in planning systems, track key metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, fill rates, inventory turns), and provide regular performance reporting.
- New Product Launch Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new product launches into planning processes, ensuring timely availability and distribution.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams to align on planning decisions and resolve supply chain challenges proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management within the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare industry, or other complex supply chain environments.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with SOIP and/ or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes preferred.
- Prior involvement in new product launches and managing planning across multiple geographies preferred.
- Familiarity with data analytics and working capital management in a supply chain setting preferred.
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
- Ability to regularly work onsite in Manchester, NH
